Mysterious New Brewery Heading To Fort Collins, CO

The applicants, considering opening a microbrewery in the existing building at 302 N. Meldrum St., would not disclose anything, from the name of the brewery to how much beer they would produce, much to the chagrin of neighborhood members nervous about a brewery opening in their backyard.

Applicants Travis Robertson and Dave, who declined to provide a last name, said they want to renovate the 5,000-square-foot building to allow for a microbrewery that would include a tasting room. There are also plans for an outdoor deck for patrons, additional bicycle parking, a grain silo and a sidewalk connection with landscaping.
