Mybeerbuzz .com Highlights The 30watt Capski Bottle Opener, Sudski Shower Beer Holder & Joeski Shower Coffee Holder (Review)

I’ll admit that I’m lucky enough to get to try some interesting products that revolve around the beer world and today is no different. And while I may not be drinking a whole lot of beer in the shower, I suspect there are lots of people who do. With that in mind, today I’m highlighting three exciting new products from 30Watt that I think you’ll not only use, but really enjoy.

Up first is the Capski wall-mounted bottle opener. I should mention up front that I love and collect cool bottle openers, I really love seeking out the next new bottle opener, and today I think I found it. Capski is a silicone-based bottle opener that allows you to place it almost anywhere, and I do mean anywhere. Capski uses a patented grip technology that allows you to mount it on almost any clean, smooth and glossy surface. If that’s not cool enough, you can actually change your mind and move Capski to a new location by simply peeling it off and reapplying it (think refrigerator, dishwasher, cabinets, tool boxes, coolers, boats, tailgates…).

Application was easy…just place the Capski on the smooth surface, smooth out any air bubbles with your thumbs and wait 24-hours. I added Capski to the side of my refrigerator and sure enough, 24-hours later I had a working bottle opener on the side of my ‘fridge.  The Capski looks great and yes it actually works. Of course I had to try it on the side of my toolbox and even inside the door of one of my kitchen cabinets, and in all cases the Capski looks and works great.  30Watt also reminded me that the Capski is great for social-distancing because it offers a no-touch way to open your bottles.

Up next I took the 30Watt Sudski for a test drive. This shower beer holder uses the same silicone grip technology as Capski and it easily sticks to the tile in your bathroom. No suction cups, adhesives or mounting hardware are needed and once again it just sticks.  It is also moveable and includes a reusable clear backing to keep it clean between uses. Of course I had to try it out and it easily worked in my shower on the tile and on the glass door.  Again application was easy…just place the Sudski on the smooth surface, smooth out any air bubbles with your thumbs and wait 24-hours. The Sudski held my full 12oz can easily and while I didn’t test it, I’m sure a 16oz can would be no problem as well. I don’t drink a lot of beer in the shower at home, but I suspect the Sudski will be going on vacation with me this year to the beach so stay tuned.

Finally I tested out the 30Watt Joeski. This product is very similar to Sudski and Capski in that it sticks to smooth surfaces with no adhesive, hardware or suction cups required, however it is designed to hold a cup of coffee in the shower (or anywhere else). The Joeski also applied easily (and moved easily) and according to the packaging, it will hold up to 5-pounds. And while 30Watt doesn’t recommend using glass or ceramic mugs in the shower, the Joeski will fit most mug shapes and sizes up to about 20-pounces and 4-inches wide.
