mybeerbuzz App *** UPDATE *** – NEW Version 2.0

I developed the mybeerbuzz App several years ago.  Since I am a FREE website and a FREE App, I used “free” development software.  Once I hit several hundred installations, my “free” app publisher became decidedly Un-Free and demanded $300 or they would not only limit further installs of my App, but disable current installs.  This despite them collecting 100% of the revenue generated from ads THEY run on my App.

I decided $300 was just plain silly for a Free website and Free app, so I began the work to move to a new free publisher.  What I subsequently found out is that Google links your App to the certificate of your publisher.  This means that unless I pay the $300 ransom, I have to add a NEW App rather than allowing you to simply update the existing App with the new App APK code.

I have now developed and published the mybeerbuzz 2.0 App and it is available here or in the Google Play store.  Feel free to continue using my original App until my current publisher cuts it off.  Please DO install my new App and since I suspect this may happen again, keep your eyes open for mybeerbuzz 3.0 if you see that 2.0 stops working.
