Today I have a new variant coming from Modern Times Beer in San Diego, CA. This is Monsters’ Park Coconut S’mores Edition and it will be an imperial stout aged in Bourbon barrels with marshmallows, cocoa nibs, graham crackers, vanilla and coconut. The beer will roll in at 14.2%-AbV and you’re looking at the 22oz bottle. Stay tuned for release info.
