Here’s a new beer coming from Modern Times to help celebrate Toronado’s 30th anniversary. This is Quadrajet and it is a “four barrel” sour ale aged in oak barrels with cherries (2 barrels of Empty Hat aged in port barrels, 1 barrel Realism Islands aged in red wine barrels & 1 barrel of Batch 1500 aged in red wine barrels). Look for Quadrajet to hit 7.9%-AbV and this is the 12.6oz bottle.
