Our latest special release bottle & can sale goes live this Sunday at 10AM, and it is a doozy. We went full-on bananas with our canned releases on this one, with 3 staggeringly tasty canned, barrel-aged Devil’s Teeth variants and two 16oz 4-packs of hazy, hop-laden dankness. We’re also releasing bottles of a red wine barrel-aged sour blond with nectarines that’s gonna knock your socks right the hell off. Prepare for excellence. Here’s the full list:

We decided to see what would happen if we added pistachios and coconut to this already-magical bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout, and we are extremely glad we did. This delightfully complex mélange of flavors and aromas is like a bourbon-soaked liquid truffle for the soul.

This batch of our massively tasty imperial stout was aged in oaky, fragrant bourbon barrels and lovingly layered with strawberries & vanilla to create a mind-bendingly luxurious blend of chocolate, bourbon, vanilla, and berries that’s going to take your taste buds directly to Flavor City, where this beer is the mayor.

PALACE OF PAPER SACKS (750ml)
For Palace of Paper Sacks, we set aside a few barrels of our wine barrel-aged sour blond and added 2lbs per gallon of local, heirloom nectarines. After months of mingling in the barrel, the resulting beer is a powerful & complex fruited sour beer with loads of nectarine aroma and flavor. Fermentation begins with our house Lomaland yeast culture and is then followed with a secondary fermentation by an alarmingly diverse array of sour & funky cultures. It’s a deftly-woven, sorcerous tapestry of funky, stone fruit awesomeness, and we think you’ll immensely enjoy putting it in your face.

Important notes regarding the canned special releases Folding Ships IPA & Night Tides DIPA:

• While the rest of the sale has the standard 2-month pick-up window (ending 1/10/2018), the pick-up window for Folding Ships IPA & Night Tides DIPA is 30 days only. That means that the last day to pick these up is on 12/15/2017. No exceptions.

The first day to pick-up bottles and cans will be Wednesday, 11/15. We’ll be hosting a release party here at the Fermentorium that day from 12PM to 10PM with some special beers on tap, so it’ll be a great time to swing by and pick up your new liquid treasures.

CROWLERS ARE A GO! These stunningly attractive 32oz vessels are now being sold and filled at the Fermentorium tasting room. Not only are these things hella sexy, but they’re incredibly portable and super great for keeping pesky light & oxygen out of your beer. Around $13 will get you one, lovingly purged with CO2 and capped on foam with anything on the draft list that’s not bottled, canned, or barrel-aged.
