Lagunitas’ Tony McGee Tweets Out Against New Belgium & Public Funded Breweries

Tony McGee from Lagunitas Brewing has become some what of a “Tweet-Vangelist” for all things brewing…and today the topic is taxpayer money being used to fund business-incentives…and in this case it’s referring to the $9 Million incentive plan for new Belgium in North Carolina. Not only did Tony tweet out against this practice, but he also sent out the photo above of his $15.8 million promissory note for Lagunitas Chicago (3.5% interest rate)…and the below comments relative to New Belgium’s incentives:
