A few quick updates from Lagunitas Brewing on their new Chicago Brewery.  According to Tony McGee they are currently installing a 550 bottle-per minute packaging line and two 2-barrel-per-minute centrifuges.  The first brew is scheduled for late Sept and the taproom should be open by April.
