Karl Strauss Releasing Six Suits A-Hangin' Holiday Imperial Belgian Brown Ale

Feeling relaxed yet? Good! Because our 2015 Holiday Ale release is all about enjoying that CA Winter. Six Suits A-Hangin’ Holiday Imperial Belgian Brown Ale is the 6th installment in our "Twelve Days" holiday series, and we can’t wait for you to taste this killer new brew.

Winter in San Diego means surfers break out their fullsuits. And while you may not find many stockings hung by the chimney with care, you’re sure to see those wetsuits hung out to dry on plenty of balconies across the county. This Imperial Belgian-style brown ale is brewed with caramel and brown malts for rich flavors of graham crackers, roasted nuts, and peppery Belgian spice. Aging on French oak adds a hint of vanilla. As for the beer’s finish? It’ll warm you from your head to your frozen toes.

Look for Six Suits A-Hangin’ on draft and in 22oz Bombers at all Karl Strauss locations, your favorite retailers throughout California, and maybe even under your tree.
