Here’s a look at the gorgeous new JV Northwest 7bbl brewing system coming to the Karl Strauss 4S Ranch Brewery Restaurant in San Diego.  This is the 7th brewery restaurant Karl Strauss has opened (coming this summer) and it will use a 2-vessel brew house with 1 fermenter and 2 brite tanks.
