Holy Mountain Releasing Clarette & Corpse Reviver 11/26

This Saturday, November 26, we’ll be releasing 2 new runs of barrel-aged fruited beers at the brewery starting at 12noon.

CLARETTE – Ale aged in oak barrels on cherries and raspberries – 5% ABV

Clarette started as a blend of oak fermented and aged blonde bases. It was then transferred into oak puncheons with a massive addition of raspberries and sour cherries, where it continued to age for 3 months. After bottling, we allowed the beer to condition on Brett for another 6 months. $20 per 750ml bottle – 3 bottle limit per person

CORPSE REVIVER – Ale aged in oak barrels with Meyer Lemon zest – 5.4% ABV
Corpse Reviver was fermented entirely in oak and then transferred into 3rd use bourbon barrels on top of a large amount of Meyer Lemon zest and juice, where it aged for 3 months. It was then bottle conditioned with Brett and aged for another 3 months, brightening and intensifying the Meyer Lemon aroma and flavor, which compliments the subdued bourbon barrel character. $20 per 750ml bottle – 4 bottle limit per person

Kegs of Clarette and Corpse Reviver will also be available in the taproom starting at 12noon. As with previous releases, bottle sales will be available through the alley (West) entrance of the brewery.
