This Thursday is National IPA Day and we’re pulling out all the stops to celebrate here in the Hangar 24 Tasting Room! Of course you’ll be able to grab pints of Betty IPA, Double IPA, Essence, and the new Double Betty, but we’ll we’ll also be unveiling some brand new beers for you!
The first of these treats is our very first batch of a brand-new Session IPA, a style we know all the hopheads out there have been craving in this summer heat. This will be a trial batch, so let us know how you like it, as we’ll be developing the recipe based on your feedback like we did with Experimental IPA last year.
We’ll also have a VERY small batch of Mango Betty, infused with actual mango to top off all those mango-ish notes it already has from the hops. On top of Mango Betty, we’ll be tapping a single keg of Greyhound DIP. A favorite from past events which we named after the popular cocktail, Greyhound DIPA consists of Double IPA dosed with fresh grapefruit juice. Definitely come early if you’re looking to try these two beers.
Make sure to follow the Facebook event page for any last-minute additions, and we will see you on Thursday when we unveil the very first batch of Session IPA goodness! We’ll be open from 11 until 10pm as per usual.
