Say hello to Swoon IPA, our latest luscious hop-bomb that lifts you up, then leaves you floating in pure aromatic bliss. It’s the kind of beer that makes you forget what you were talking about mid-sentence. Lush waves of tropical fruit, bright citrus for days — it hits like a lightning bolt and leaves you weightless in a haze of hop euphoria.
We took the long way to get there. Starting with dip hopped Mosaic, a technique we learned from our brewing friends in Japan that strips away the dank and harsh, leaving nothing but vibrant citrus and fruit. Then we added the beer and let fermentation and hop biotransformation work their magic. We finished it all off with a bold dry hop of Mosaic Cryo, Nelson Cryo, and Crystal — dialing in an irresistible, fruit-forward intensity.
Get ready to swoon. We’re not saying you’ll fall in love. But maybe bring a fainting couch, just in case.
