FLying Dog Adds New Fermentation Tanks

Here’s a photo coming from Flying Dog showing off their new fermentation tanks. From Flying Dog:
We’re replacing four 100-barrel fermentation tanks with four new 250-barrel tanks, increasing our overall fermentation capacity by 10 percent. The tanks were lifted by a crane and dropped into our fermentation hall through the roof.
With the addition of these new tanks, we’ll have 7,050 barrels fermenting at any given time.
