Coming to us from Empirical Brewery in Chicago, IL, today I have a new beer with a name I couldn’t resist. This is Look At My Mussels and it will be a Belgian-style IPA with “strong American hops flavors of pine & citrus.” The beer will roll in at 6%-AbV & 70 IBU and you’re looking at the 67oz bottle.
