Today we bring you a new beer coming to bottles from Elysian Brewing in Seattle, WA. This is Huckleberry Berliner Weisse and it is a Berliner Weisse-style ale brewed with half wheat, half barley and a “school of huckleberries.” The beer will hit a really sessionable 3.2%-AbV and you’re looking at the 12oz bottle.
