Brought to you by DuClaw and Café Racer XXX, this local Baltimore collaboration celebrates the grit and creativity of the Café Racer culture. Zoom on over to the DuClaw of Arundel Mills on Wednesday, October 11th from 6pm-11pm for a first taste of this delicious brew on draft. Tasting Notes:
At 6.9% ABV, this medium-bodied stout is black in color with a large, lingering tan head, creamy mouthfeel, and intense roasted coffee flavors and aromas. A cold steeping technique combined with Café Racer XXX’s 865cc gourmet coffee (roasted locally in Baltimore) prevents any acidic or astringent flavors.
