Drake’s Brewing – Reunion Barleywine & Jolly Rodger 2013

This morning we get to see two new labels coming from Drake’s Brewing.  Up first is Reunion Barley Wine Ale.  This beer was brewed by current & former Drake’s brewers Bert Boyce, Jeff O’Neil, Josh Miner, Brian Thorson, Melissa Myers & Rodger Davis and it has been aging in Samuel Adams Utopias barrels for 2 years.  Look for Reunion to be packaged in 22oz bottles and come in at 11.3% ABV.

Up next is the 2013 version of Drakes classic Jolly Rodger and this year it is an Imperial American Black Ale.  This version uses Simcoe, Mosaic & Chinook hops to rack up a big 75 IBUs.  Look for this beer to be package din 22oz bottles and come in at 11.5% ABV.
