Here’s a new beer coming to the Oak Foudre Series from Destihl Brewery in Bloomington, IL. This beer is called Clarice and it is a Belgian-style dark ale aged in an oak Cognac foudre. Look for Clarice to be packaged in 500ml bottles and the beer comes in at 10% ABV ad 32 IBU.
