The strong, dark lager used a single decoction with a variety of caramel and roasted malts. Yielding intense flavors of dark fruit and chocolate. The house lager yeast and noble hops keeps this beer smooth and drinkable despite it’s formidable strength. Barreled in 4 Roses Bourbon Barrels for 16 months.
