Brooklyn – Quintaceratops & I Wanna Rye-It

Today we get to see two new brews coming from Brooklyn Brewery. Quintaceratops is a Belgian-style Quadrupel ale brewed with dark candi sugar. This beer is aged in Rum barrels, it will be packaged in 750ml bottles and the beer comes in at 10.1%-AbV. As a bonus we have the keg label for Brooklyn I Wanna Rye-It. This “punchy & bold” rye IPA is part of the Brewmaster’s Reserve series and it will come in at 7.5%-AbV. Stay tuned for release details.
