Here’s a new brew that I’m excited to try coming from Brewery Vivant. This beer is called Trebuchet and it is a Belgian-style Double IPA. The brewers at Brewery Vivant are “slinging” tons of hops into this one and finishing it with Belgian yeast. Trebuchet will be package din the traditional 16oz cans and come in at a big 9.3% ABV.
