Today we have the latest bottle coming from Almanac Beer in Alameda, CA. This is Plum Fairy and it is a sour farmhouse ale aged in oak barrels with plums, pluots and vanilla beans. The beer hits 5/9%-AbV and you’re looking at the 375ml bottle. Stay tuned for more details. I’ve also added in Apricot Hopcake sour IPA aged in oak barrels with apricots and dry-hopped with Citra and Mosaic hops (6.7%-AbV, 375ml bottles).
