Here’s a new coolship beer coming from Allagash Brewing in Portland, ME.
This is Coolship Ruby and it will be a blend of spontaneously-fermented beer that is aged on cranberries and rhubarb. The beer is fermented in French oak wine barrels for 2-years and an additional 4-months with fruit. The resulting beer will hit 6.5%-AbV and you’re looking at the 12.7oz bottle (1.5l Below).
