Bold Rock Cider Releases Honeycrisp: Their First Throwback Seasonal

Fall cider season is arriving early at Bold Rock Hard Cider, and one of the cidery’s most requested seasonal favorites is making a highly anticipated return. After being replaced by the tropical-inspired Paradise Orchard, Honeycrisp Hard Cider is coming back to the Bold Rock lineup just as consumers begin looking toward crisp apples, changing leaves and the flavors of autumn.

The returning Honeycrisp Hard Cider gives Bold Rock fans something they have apparently been asking for in unmistakable terms. Brewed around the recognizable character of Honeycrisp apples, the 4.7% ABV seasonal cider combines a warm golden appearance with bright apple flavor and a juicy, crisp finish designed to bridge the final days of summer with the beginning of fall.

Bold Rock has built a reputation for using its Blue Ridge Mountain apple roots as a foundation for both traditional and highly experimental cider releases. Honeycrisp Hard Cider just in time for peak apple and cider selling season

The refreshingly crisp Honeycrisp Hard Cider will replace tropically inspired Paradise Orchard as Bold Rock’s seasonal offer.

The 4.7% ABV Honeycrisp with its warm golden hue, bright apple flavor, and juicy finish captures the quintessential fall experience. Starting August 14, it will be first available exclusively at Bold Rock’s Virginia and North Carolina taprooms before it ships to wholesalers on August 17. It will be available in 6-pack 12 oz. bottles, and on draught in select locations.
