Toppling Goliath Adding NA Pseudo Sue Hoppy Pale
Today brings another major 2026 non‑alcoholic beer release from Toppling Goliath Brewing Co. in Decorah, Iowa, and this one is guaranteed to generate NA excitement. The brewery is expanding its celebrated Pseudo Sue family with a brand‑new entry: NA Pseudo Sue, a non‑alcoholic hoppy ale crafted to deliver full hop aroma and flavor while staying under 0.5% ABV.
This release continues Toppling Goliath’s long‑running partnership with Chicago’s iconic Field Museum, one of the most respected natural history institutions in the world. Fans of the Pseudo Sue lineage will immediately recognize the connection to the museum’s famous T. rex, SUE, and this new NA variant reinforces that collaboration. Learn more about the museum behind the name at the Field Museum.
A New Non‑Alcoholic Hoppy Ale for 2026
NA Pseudo Sue is designed to bring the signature citrus‑forward, tropical, Mosaic‑driven hop character of the original Pseudo Sue into the rapidly growing non‑alcoholic craft beer category. With less than 0.5% ABV, this hoppy ale aims to deliver the same bright aromatics, soft mouthfeel, and clean finish that made the Pseudo Sue brand a modern craft classic, but in a format accessible to drinkers seeking low‑ABV, health‑conscious, or anytime‑friendly options.
Expect a focus on:
- Vibrant hop aroma
- Citrus zest and tropical fruit notes
- Clean, refreshing finish
- Classic Pseudo Sue drinkability
- Craft‑quality NA execution
This is Toppling Goliath leaning directly into the booming non‑alcoholic craft beer market, and doing it with one of their most recognizable brands.
Packaging & Release Details
NA Pseudo Sue will be packaged in 12‑oz cans, aligning with the brewery’s broader move to make NA offerings more accessible, portable, and retail‑friendly. As with all Toppling Goliath releases tied to the Field Museum partnership, expect eye‑catching artwork and strong shelf presence.
Official release details, distribution information, and full technical specs will be announced as we get closer to the 2026 launch window.
