Drekker Brewing Adding Drekkerfest Eleven Collaborations: Meat Rocket Rick
Today I have the first of many new collaboration beers coming from Drekker Brewing in Fargo, North Dakota. These beers were brewed for Drekkerfest Eleven (Sept 12-13, 2025), and today I have Meat Rocket Rick The Human Cannonball, and it will be an “oops all berries cheese cake sundae sour” ale brewed in collaboration with Ill Will Brewing in Columbus, Ohio. The beer will hit 6.4%-AbV and it will be packaged in these 16-oz cans. Stay tuned for release details.
Label text Drekker Brewing Meat Rocket Rick:
“Gimmicks: coconut, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, graham cracker flavor, vanilla soft serve, cream cheese. The last time he missed the net, it was on purpose. Some say he was born mid-aid. Others swear they saw him launch out of the womb wearing a crash helmet and flipping the bird. Wherever he came from, the human cannonball has never once touched the ground, and he’s not about to start now. Fired from the world’s largest can-shaped cannon (Illegal in 46 states, banned outright in most dimensions), he’s rocketed through flaming hoops, pop-punk concerts and a midwestern apple orchard that definitely didn’t see it coming. Fueled by reckless ambition and a diet that consists entirely of mystery berries and spite, he lives for the launch – that split-second before chaos, when everything is quiet and he’s convinced he might just stick the landing this time. (He won’t). Body Count: 17 fireworks displays, 6 rival daredevils, 1 food truck. Risk Level: High, Cool Factor: Higher, Landing Probability: Negligible.”
