Another story of litigation…this time it’s between New Ulm Brewing (filing the suit) and Krebs Brewing…and the suit revolves around “1919.” For New Ulm it’s their August Schell brewed 1919 Draft Root Beer (brewed for 25-years) and Krebs (Choc Beer Co American Pale Wheat called 1919.) More details to come, but this one doesn’t look good for Krebs.
