Flatrock Brewing Co. in Holgate — Ohio’s newest production brewery — will hold its grand opening from 1 to 6 p.m. Dec. 15. The brewery will have its Towpath Classic American Pilsner, Hopgoblin American IPA, Pritchard Lane Bourbon Barrel Aged Pale Ale and Mitternacht Schwarzbier available for sale in bottles and 32-ounce growlers.
