It’s been a while, but today we get to see a new 750ml bottle coming from the Ale Apothecary in Bend, OR called El Cuatro. This beer is Hecho a Mano (handmade) and it is a mixed fermentation ale aged in wine & brandy barrels. El Cuatro translates to “the four” and it will come in at 11% ABV.
