This week we’ve got a Gruit beer — an old style, unhopped spiced beer inspired by recipes from the 1700/1800s. This one weighs in at 4% ABV being bittered with sage and flavored with ginger and lemon peel. After fermentation, Chad sweetened it with honey as well. This one is a must try as this style is rarely seen anymore!
