That’s right, just like Double Knot Day from back on July 15th, we will be tapping a single keg at each location this Monday!

In case you don’t recall, Sirius Black (a.k.a. Winter Wobbler 2008) is our take on a Russian Imperial Stout with a bit of a twist. We deviated from a traditional recipe by adding licorice root as well as Indian Monsooned Malabar coffee with the intention of adding even more complexity to an already very complex beer. Sirius Black has an intense roasted malt/coffee aroma with flavors of burnt toffee and caramel as well as a slight alcoholic "heat" (due to its 9.5% alcohol content).
