Brothers Mike and Jim Gunnarson want to prove that “the West Side is the best side, and we can make great beer,” as Jim Gunnarson puts it.
They plan to open Bridgetown Brew Works by spring of 2014. Though they have a location in mind, they’re waiting on financing before they sign a lease — or reveal the spot. Jim Gunnarson said they’ll be “somewhere on Harrison Avenue between Miamitown and Cheviot.”
