Biloba Brewing Coming To Brookfield, WI

Biloba Brewing Co. hopes to open by early January at 18720 Pleasant St., one block east of N. Brookfield Road. Other than brew pubs–restaurants that feature beer brewed on premise–it will be Waukesha County’s first craft brewery.
Biloba will operate both a microbrewery and a tap room within 2,000 square feet of converted industrial and office space, said Bryan Dallmann, brewery manager. It will have 10 taps to provide a rotating lineup of beer varieties, he said.
