Here’s an interesting blend coming from The Bruery called Bois Fume. This beer is a barrel-aged blend of The Bruery Anniversary (English Style Old ale) and Smoking Wood (imperial smoked rye porter.) Bois is French for “wood” and this beer will be packaged in 750ml bottles and come in at 16.2% ABV.
