Here’s another new barrel-aged beer coming to the U.S. from Mikkeller. This is Raspberry Trippelbock and it is an ale brewed with raspberries that is aged in Bourbon barrels. This beer will use cassonade sugar and lager yeast and it will be packaged in 11.2oz bottles at DeProef, and the beer comes in at 13.1% ABV.
