Here’s an exciting new beer heading to bottles from Sierra Nevada. This beer is part of their Trip In The Woods barrel-aged series of beers, and they are calling it Islay Fog. Based on a salted caramel Scotch-style ale, this beer is aged in Islay Scotch Whiskey barrels before being bottled in 750ml bottles. Look for Islay Fog to hit 11.5%-AbV and stay tuned here for release details.
