Council Brewing Announces “Good Bye To Council” Event

Our staff and customers are what have made Council Brewing so special over the last 5 years. We hope you can join us for a party at both locations (Santee & Kearny Mesa) to celebrate our last days in business, enjoy some rare beers, and reminisce about the good times we’ve had here. 
SANTEE – Last Day of Business is Friday, December 14th 2:00pm-8:00pm.
KEARNY MESA – Last Day of Business is Saturday, December 15th 11:00am-8:00pm.

Rare Beers on Tap for Last Day of Business

We created Council Brewing as a place we people of all walks of life could come together and have discussions over delicious hand crafted beers. On our last day of business we will also be tapping some of our favorite rare beers from the archive including First Anniversary House Red and White, Reserve Stock Ale, and Lickable Staves. Bring your friends and family and come help us say good-bye to Council Brewing!

3L Bottles of Oak Aged Beers at Kearny Mesa

We have saved some 3L bottles of our oak aged beers for a special occasion and the time is now. On Dec. 15th at the Kearny Mesa Tasting Room. pick up a magnum bottle of some very special beers including Woofle Dust, Broken Wand, Anniversary Releases and more. There’s limited stock, so come early to get your favorite. The cost is a minimum $20 (cash only) donation benefiting the San Diego Food Bank.

Crowlers – Magic Factory Available

Until we close on December 14th (Santee location)  and December 15th (Kearny Mesa location), all to-go magic factory bottles and crowlers of clean beer will be a minimum $5 (cash only) donation each to benefit the San Diego Food Bank. Magic Factory beers on draft will also be available in crowlers for a minimum $10 (cash only) donation.

Share the Memories

We are very sad to be saying good-bye, but remembering the good times helps bring us joy. We are putting together a slide show for the last day to show all of the awesome memories each and everyone of us have had over the years at Council.
