Here we have a new bottle coming from Elysian Brewing in Seattle, WA. This is Salt & Seed and it is a watermelon gose that uses 100% natural watermelon. We’re seeing that watermelon was one of the few fruit flavors that grew in 2018 so stay tuned for more watermelon beers. The beer will hit 4.4%-AbV and you’re looking at the 12oz bottle.
