‘Poured in PA’ Now Available on Amazon Prime; Web Series Underway

May 2, 2019, Harrisburg, Pa. – Local video production company, GK Visual, announced today that their feature-length craft beer documentary, Poured in Pennsylvania, is now available streaming on Amazon Prime.
“Having Poured in Pennsylvania on Amazon is a huge step for the documentary and telling Pennsylvania’s beer story,” said Nate Kresge, GK Visual Co-Owner and Executive Producer. “This film represents more than just the individuals onscreen. It’s a portrait of a thriving and growing industry that is bringing revitalization and community to the Keystone State.”
From America’s oldest brewery to taprooms changing the landscape of small towns across the commonwealth — and so many in-between — GK Visual’s Poured in PA illustrates the importance of this ancient — but newly redeveloped — industry and its impact on Pennsylvania.
The award-winning film premiered in April 2018 and has been featured at more than a dozen film festivals around the country, as well as at community screenings throughout Pennsylvania and beyond.
Kresge also announced that GK Visual will continue telling Pennsylvania’s craft beer stories through Poured as a web and possible television series.
The series will cover a range of themes related to breweries, their communities, and adjacent industries. The first episode is expected to cover Harrisburg Beer Week, a multi-day series founded and run by a small group of volunteers to elevate the Harrisburg, Pa. area craft beer community and raise money for local emergency responders.
“Turning this film project into a series will enable us to stay current as this industry grows and evolves,” Kresge said. “We look forward to telling Pennsylvania’s beer story for a long time to come.”
