This month, we’ve assembled a treasure trove of liquid radness that puts Santa’s bag to shame, and all of you lovely people stand to reap the delicious rewards of our hard work. 2019’s final special release throwdown is a veritable horn of plenty, sporting a marquee lineup of stunningly decadent imperial stouts, mind-bendingly unique lagers, fruited funk of the highest caliber, and one of the coolest bags of coffee beans we’ve ever been responsible for.
With the holidays looming, now is the perfect time to stock up on these utterly delightful adult beverage options and ensure your place in the pantheon of December party gods.
Quantities–as per usual–are limited, so make sure you’re ready when the sale starts Saturday at 10AM if there’s anything you can’t live without. Pick-ups will begin 12/11 in San Diego / Los Angeles / Encinitas and 12/13 in Portland / Santa Barbara.

This take on a classic doppelbock was built on a wonderfully complex malt bill of Munich, Pilsner, Caramunich III, Caraaroma, Carafoam, & Carafa I, and lightly hopped with Spalter Select. It’s a dark, rich, malty marvel that’s like a warm winter blanket for your taste buds.

If a glorious flavor-detonation of tangerine, mango, pineapple, and stone fruit is what you seek, you have found your delicious destination, friend.

FOEDER ICE DRY-HOPPED W/ PERLE
We aged this uniquely delicious pils in heavy-toast oak foeders for 3 months before a generous dry-hopping with Perle. The result is a glorious marriage of floral character, oak, and subtle pine that’s both unique and infinitely quaffable.

SLOW ICE AGED IN STONECUTTER GIN BARRELS
We aged our beloved pils in freshly-emptied gin barrels for over 3 months and then bottle-conditioned the whole shebang with house cultures. The result is a seriously lovely marriage of oaky funk and floral character that we’re very excited to share with you.

PHARAOH ASCENDANT: OATMEAL COOKIE EDITION
Built on a complex and meticulously constructed malt bill, this unapologetically decadent imperial stout was lavished with straight-up irresponsible amounts of vanilla, oats, cinnamon, brown sugar, & amburana bark (a unique tree bark with an extremely vanilla-forward profile). We sequestered some beans from our incredibly tasty Guatemala Montanita coffee and treated them with cinnamon and cloves prior to roasting. The result is a caffeinated winter wonderland with notes of gingerbread, candied orange, and warm, holiday feelings.

• The pickup window for Foeder Ice Dry-Hopped w/ Perle, &  Hella Open in Oakland DIPA is 30 days only. That means that the last day to pick these up is on 1/10/2020. No exceptions.
• Spice-Conditioned Guatemala Montanita coffee beans have a 14-day pickup window ending on 12/27/2019.

The first day to pick-up bottles and cans will be 12/11 in San Diego / Los Angeles / Encinitas and 12/13 in Portland & Santa Barbara.
We’ll be hosting release parties at all locations on their respective first days for pick-up. We’ll have a bunch of special beers on tap, and there will be no shortage of good vibes, so that’d be a pretty ideal time to grab your beers.
