Yuengling Throws Surprise Thanksgiving Concert for Troops

Today, Yuengling SURPRISED MacDill Air Force Base troops with a day-long, exclusive concert event with FLIGHT by Yuengling brand ambassador and country music star Lauren Alaina in honor of the Thanksgiving season and National Veterans and Military Families Month.

The concert event came as a total surprise and was complete with special fanfare for the troops and their families like food trucks, games, surprise meet and greets with Lauren and a mid-concert “thank you” toast directly from Lauren, on stage, to the troops. The concert event was truly a once-in-a-lifetime show of appreciation for our nation’s heroes.

The troops also instructed Lauren through a variety of military exercises like a KC-135 and parachute simulation and military working dog demonstration, which helped to build a deeper understanding of the important and skilled work MacDill Air Force members do to help keep our country safe day after day.

This unique concert experience is just one of the many ways Yuengling has continued to show its commitment to our nation’s heroes on both a local and national level for over 190 years.
