Today I have a new 2021 experiment coming from the Area Two Experimental Brewing facility at Two Roads in Stratford, CT. This is Europa and it will be a Flanders-style red ale solera-aged in French red wine foudres with “a touch” of 14-year-old Modena Balsamic vinegar. This beer will roll in at 8.5%-AbV and you’re looking at the 12.7oz bottle. Stay tuned for 2021 release details.
