We’re releasing #scratchbeer 163 today, a single hop Pale Ale brewed w/ experimental hop ADHA 871. 4.1% & 54 IBU. Draft & growlers only.

Scratch #163 – Pale Ale is now available! Our series of single hop Pale Ales returns, this time with a hop simply known as “871.” Developed by the American Dwarf Hop Association (ADHA), “871” presents a varied range of flavors and aromas including soft floral and ripe citrus notes as well as strong herbal tones. An exercise in simplicity, Scratch #163 incorporates this versatile hop with two classic malt varieties and our house ale yeast strain to deliver a sessionable yet full-flavored Pale Ale. 4.1% ABV and 54 IBU. Draft and growler fills only.
