Today I’m excited to share details on another fun and highly anticipated new craft beer coming from Tripping Animals Brewing, the popular and boundary‑pushing craft brewery based in Doral, Florida. This upcoming release is called Totality, and it’s a standout collaboration beer with Everywhere Beer Co. from Orange, California, bringing together two respected names in the modern craft beer and IPA scene for a coast‑to‑coast partnership.

Totality is brewed as a double dry‑hopped West Coast–style IPA, a beer style known for its crisp bitterness, clean finish, and expressive hop aromatics. The hop bill is stacked with sought‑after varieties, featuring Citra hops, Mosaic hops, Nectaron hops, and Super Sauvin hops. This combination is expected to deliver layered flavors of citrus peel, tropical fruit, white grape, stone fruit, and subtle dank pine, all wrapped in a classic West Coast IPA profile that emphasizes clarity, dryness, and hop intensity.

This collaboration IPA from Tripping Animals Brewing and Everywhere Beer Co. will clock in at a highly drinkable yet hop‑forward 6.8% ABV, placing it squarely in the sweet spot for fans of bold but balanced India Pale Ales. It was back in 2011 that the crew started brewing beer out of their garage in Caracas, Venezuela, making wild concoctions with whatever they could get their hands on and stoking the flames of their passion for craft beer. After years of traveling to breweries all around the world and experimenting with different styles of brewing, the crew took a leap of faith and moved to Miami to pursue the next chapter of their brewing careers. It was finally in 2018 that Daniel Chocron, Ignacio Montenegro, Iker Elorriaga, and Juan-Manuel Torres came across their dream location and Founded Tripping Animals Brewing Company in the heart of Doral, Florida.
