Here’s a new beer heading to bottles from Trinity Brewing in Colorado Springs, CO. This is Koelorado and it is a Spontaneous Golden Sour ale. This beer uses a coolship making it the first of it’s kind in Colorado and it follows strict Belgian tradition, only being brewed in March & April (when microbes are most active). This beer ages for 1 year on steam-sterilized French oak Chardonnay wine barrels. Look for Koelorado to be packaged in 12.7oz bottles and the beer will hit 5%-AbV.
