Drinking a nice Blackberry lime can be good for the soul. Or at least the heart, anyway. Wine
is good for the heart, but beer may have the same benefits. Moderate beer consumers have
less of a chance of losing their good cholesterol, and drinking a nice beer every once in a
while may lower your risk of cardiovascular disease in general.
It’s Good for Your Bones and the Mind
You may associate calcium with bone building, and vitamin D, but beer may have its own
benefits too. Beer has silicon, which can help you bones grow. While it’s not the best way to
build your bones, it certainly helps.
But silicon does more than just build your bones. It can help clean out your brain from
cognitive disease-causing compounds, as well as give you good cholesterol. Again, drinking
too much can impair you, but moderate consumption may be able to help you.
Beer can have other benefits too, like inflammation, and helping you clean your teeth.
