This West coast IPA with coconut and pineapple was inspired by daydreams of safaris in a tropical rainforest.
Including all the fresh fruits we’d enjoy along the way— in this case, sweet pineapple and delicious coconut. Simcoe, Mosaic, Cryo Pop, El Dorado, and Citra hops all contribute crisp tropical-and-citrus notes perfectly paired with the fruit additions in this west coast sipper. Go ahead: crack one open, take a sip, and you can practically see the monkeys already!
