Sadly, it has come to this.


After years of navigating stiff competition, shifting attitudes and trends in consumption, and difficult economic conditions, it’s time for us to hang up the barrel thief and close the doors. Sunday, June 29, will be our final day of business.


This means that our tasting rooms will be open through this weekend, and never again.


Some of our products will still be available in PA Fine Wine and Good Spirits stores and in local bars and restaurants while supplies last. Our online shop has closed, and we will not be making any future farmer’s market or festival appearances.


What you can do
Now’s your last chance to stop into one of our tasting rooms to savor our craveable cocktails and show your support for our outstanding tasting room teams.


If you’re holding on to a physical or e-gift card, please make plans to spend it: after June 29, any remaining gift card balances will be unredeemable.


You can make it easier for us to traverse the end of the road by helping to clear bottles and cases out of the way. Be sure to take advantage of the last couple of days of our Summer Blowout Sale.


For anyone who recently placed an online order for pickup…we’ve attempted to contact you directly to ask, but in case you’ve missed that correspondence—please be sure to stop in to pick up your order before the 29th.

Since we first opened our doors in Pottstown in 2014, we’ve gratefully enjoyed your enthusiasm for our efforts to change the idea of what whiskey can be. We couldn’t be more grateful for your insightful ideas and suggestions, for the joy and hilarity you brought to our tasting rooms, and for your having shared our products with your friends and families.

A Final Product
PEATED SINGLE MALT WHISKEY #6




As you might imagine, we scrambled to get one last great whiskey into bottles. Behold: Peated Single Malt Whiskey #6.


Available for purchase only at the Distillery, it’s been aged in used French Oak barrels for three years. It’s woody, sweet, and smoky.


It’s good. It’s really good.


For $40 a bottle, it’s a steal. Be sure to stop in for some.
