This conversation with Ron Jeffries @ Jolly Pumpkin courtesy of Shelton Brothers I did post details on a new building purchase yesterday so I was excited to hear it may be the new home of the returning Lambic program (project Lambicus). Also a surprise was the brief mention of a Gluten-Free IPA…so stay tuned:
We sat down with Ron while he was visiting us at the FESTIVAL in June of 2012. He discussed his past, the brewing process, barrel aging, blending, the breweries "in his head" and his choice to elevate brewing from a craft to an art.
